This operation permanently removes selected transactional/test data. Service Master, Users, Tenants, Workspaces, Plans and System Configuration will NEVER be removed. For every table selected, rows are deleted in strict foreign-key dependency order and AUTO_INCREMENT is reset to 1. Every reset operation writes an immutable audit record to transaction_reset_audit with a correlation ID.
